About the Show

Privilege gives you more. What will you do with it?

The Pressures of Privilege Show explores class, achievement, family legacy, and the responsibilities that come with advantage — through conversations with inheritors, founders, advisors, doctors, artists, observers, and those who have chosen a different path.

Hosted by Swiss-American writer and coach Diana Oehrli, the show asks how greater consciousness can help us live more fully, connect more deeply, and become better stewards of what we have.

The question is not whether we deserve our advantages.

It is how we use them.

Diana Oehrli

Diana Oehrli is a longevity coach, wellness advocate, Substack writer, and podcaster helping high-achieving individuals navigate the paradox of modern health: longer lifespans but declining vitality. Drawing on wisdom from five of the world’s longest-living cultures—and holding a 2nd-degree black belt in Shotokan karate—she integrates practical, time-tested wellness practices into her work. A Barnard College graduate and great-grandniece of philosopher Charles Sanders Peirce, Diana blends intellectual rigor with lived experience. Sober since 2006, she is certified in Designing Your Life, Tiny Habits®, Recovery Specialization, and holds Harvard’s Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. She splits her time between Manhattan, Newport, and the Swiss Alps, maintaining a private practice that focuses on helping individuals and families sustain health, purpose, and connection across generations.
