About the Show

Each week, Diana dives into longevity and wellness topics that actually matter. Sometimes she's reading from her blog, sharing thoughts on mental health, fitness, nutrition, art, business, and spirituality. Other times, she's talking with people who really know their stuff - whether that's a longevity expert, therapist, chef, artist, or someone who's built something amazing.

These aren't your typical interviews. Diana gets real about the messy parts of trying to live well while dealing with everyday stress. She talks about privilege, pressure, and finding out who you really are when the broken longevity playbook isn't working.

If you're tired of biohacking hype and perfect wellness advice, and want honest conversations about what truly sustains life, this is your show. Each episode is designed to help you reject the conventional approach to health and live more authentically - for the long haul.

Diana Oehrli

Diana Oehrli is a longevity coach, wellness advocate, Substack writer, and podcaster helping high-achieving individuals navigate the paradox of modern health: longer lifespans but declining vitality. A Barnard College graduate and great-grandniece of philosopher Charles Sanders Peirce, Diana blends intellectual rigor with lived experience. Sober since 2006, she is certified in Designing Your Life, Tiny Habits®, Recovery Specialization, and holds Harvard’s Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. She splits her time between Manhattan, Newport, and the Swiss Alps, maintaining a private practice that focuses on helping individuals and families sustain health, purpose, and connection across generations.
